Booking Information

The property is let from Saturday to Saturday however midweek bookings and short breaks are available at quieter times.

One third non refundable deposit secures the booking. Please note once deposit has been paid this is non-refundable. The balance is then payable 4 weeks prior to the holiday. A £100 cleaning and damage deposit required with final balance 4 weeks prior to your stay.
The property may be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. When booking please state the number and names of persons who will occupy the cottage.

Electricity and gas are included.

There is parking for one car in a private integral garage beneath the house. Larger vehicles cannot be accommodated as this is a single garage with entrance 206cms wide and 184 cm high (the space inside is larger – 250cms wide and 490cm long). Please check your vehicle dimensions before travelling.
Luxurious white cotton bed linen and bath towels included in the hire. Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels are not provided.
Sorry but strictly no pets and no smoking. Children under 7 by arrangement only.

Finding Ocean Loft

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO OCEAN LOFT

Postcode for Sat Nav: TR26 1LB

On reaching St. Ives drive through into the town centre. On reaching a cross roads (Natwest Bank and the Library on one side, Wetherspoons pub and a café on the others) turn left between Natwest Bank and the library. Continue up The Stennack past the cinema and the co-op until you come to a mini roundabout. Turn right and drive up Bullans Lane. At the top turn right into Ayr Terrace. Just past the shops the road bears sharply to the left and there is a junction – turn right here and go straight across. You will see a row of houses on your right handside (Carrack Dhu Estate). At the end of these houses is Ocean Loft. Turn right and immediately right again for the garage.

There is parking for one car in a private integral garage (beneath the house). Larger vehicles cannot be accommodated as the doorway is 206 cm wide and 184 cm high (dimensions of gap when the door is open).

WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM THE TRAIN STATION
It is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station but if you have a lot of luggage then you may wish to get a taxi. The address of the house is Ocean Loft, Carrack Dhu Estate, St. Ives. From the station walk out of the car park and bear to the left up a slight hill. At the top head into the town (past Regent Hotel). Continue into town until you reach RJ Supplies and Barclays bank. Turn left which will take you into Bedford Road (between the RJ Supplies and Barclays Bank). Walk to the top of Bedford Road and turn right up Windsor Hill. This is very steep! At the top of Windsor Hill turn right. Ocean Loft is the last of the four houses on your right hand side.
