The lounge area is on the first floor which has magnificent sea views from a sliding window with balustrade. It is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, 42" colour television with free view and a DVD player.
There is a fitted, well equipped modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with dining table and chairs. Beech flooring throughout this floor.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with 4’6” double divan, mirror fronted sliding door wardrobes with lots of storage, hanging space, pullout baskets and shelving, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Next to the master bedroom is a family bathroom with bath and shower, wash basin and toilet.
Stairs from the lounge lead to the second bedroom with twin 3’ divan beds, built in shelving and ample storage space. From the ground floor is access to the integral garage where the washing machine and freezer are located.
The garage will accommodate one car. Opposite the garage is a private paved patio with BBQ, table/chairs and washing line.
