Garage parking - private integral garage for one car beneath the house.
Sorry but no pets, no smoking, children under 7 by arrangement.
Midweek bookings are available out of season. The house is let from Saturday to Saturday. It may be occupied from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. When booking please state the number and names of persons who will occupy the house. One third deposit secures the booking. £100 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable) required with final balance 3 weeks prior to your stay.
