Ocean Loft is a sunny open plan two bedroom house situated at the top of Porthmeor hill with panoramic views over Porthmeor Beach from Mans' Head to the Island.

The house is within minutes of the town centre, beaches and the Tate Gallery. It is double glazed and has gas central heating.

The lounge area is on the first floor which has magnificent sea views from a sliding window with balustrade. It is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, colour television, DVD player and stereo.

There is a fitted, well equipped modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with dining table and chairs. Beech flooring throughout this floor.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor with 4’6” double divan, mirror fronted sliding door wardrobes with lots of storage, hanging space, pullout baskets and shelving, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Next to the master bedroom is the bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle with electric shower, wash basin and toilet.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the second bedroom with twin 3’ divan beds, built in shelving and ample storage space.

From the ground floor is access to the integral garage where the washing machine and freezer are located. The garage will accommodate one car. Additional parking for a second car outside the garage. Opposite the garage is a private paved patio with BBQ, table/chairs and washing line.

Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Electricity and gas included.

Sorry but no pets, no smoking, children under 7 by arrangement.

Midweek bookings are available out of season. The house is let from Saturday to Saturday. It may be occupied from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

When booking please state the number and names of persons who will occupy the house. One third deposit secures the booking.

£100 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable) required with final balance 3 weeks prior to your stay.
